HYDERABAD: Despite controversies and the decision to revise certain dialogues, Om Raut's grand film "Adipurush" has made a remarkable impact at the worldwide box office, amassing a staggering Rs 300 crore (gross) in its first weekend.

Even though the film received mixed reactions and faced trolling, its box office performance remained undeterred.

The makers shared the box office figures, announcing that the film exceeded expectations by garnering a phenomenal opening of Rs 140 crore on the first day and an additional Rs 100 crore on the second day. This resulted in a total collection of Rs 240 crore in just two days.

According to the film's publicist statement, "Adipurush goes from strength to strength holding its ground and takes the total collection to a phenomenal 340 cr in 3 days at the Global Box Office. The epic tale has struck with the global audience, keeping them hooked throughout the film! has one of the best non-holiday weekend."

The following is the breakdown of the same:

Day 1 - ₹ 140 CR.

Day 2 - ₹ 100 CR.

Day 3 - ₹ 100 CR.

Total - ₹ 340 CR.

Adipurush showcases Prabhas as Raghava, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, and Saif Ali Khan as Ravana. The movie also features Sunny Singh as Lakshman and Devdatta Nage as Hanuman, adding to the star-studded ensemble.
