Adipurush teaser fails to live upto expectations

HYDERABAD: Adipurush is one of the much-awaited films in the country right now. Starring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and Saif Ali Khan in the lead roles, the film is directed by Om Raut. On the occasion of Dusshera, the makers came up with an interesting teaser of the film which is currently trending all over social media. Amidst huge expectations, the film's teaser was released on Sunday but it failed to live up to the expectations of the audience.

The teaser started off with the visuals of Prabhas from the film, while he talks about the fight of good over evil. It also carried glimpses of Seetha Devi (played by Kriti Sanon), and Lankesh (played by Saif Ali Khan). It is confusing to understand if it is a live-action film or an animation film. The VFX works are below par and they give us the feel of a cartoon film.

Om Raut, the film's director, already added big hype to the film, but the teaser is definitely a disappointing effort. We have to see if the makers make a statement on the feedback flowing on social media.

Adipurush will release in Hindi and South languages in 3D on January 12th, 2023.
