He said, "I am very glad. We do have differences between the North and South. That diversity is the beauty of our country. But when this movie was made, it was celebrated by India. We all are the sons and daughters of the Indian film industry. We all are proud that this is Indian cinema's victory and we are so glad that we could service the country with entertainment in these tough times."

He concluded his speech by doing the trademark 'Thaggedhe Le' mannerism. He did it by saying, "Indian cinema, India kabhi jhukhega nahi."
