Biopic of Singeetham Srinivasa Rao on cards

Singeetham Srinivasa Rao is one of the legendary filmmakers in South Cinema. He entered the film industry as an assistant director of Maya Bazar. Later, she shot to fame with several directorials, Pushpaka Vimanam, Vichitra Sodarulu, Aditya 369, and Bhairava Dweepam. As per the latest reports in the film nagar, a biopic is being planned by the director.

Young director Tharun Bhasckar Dhassyam is planning to helm the project but there is no clarity on who will play Singeetham Srinivasa Rao on the screen. The story discussions are going on, and Matinee Entertainments is showing interest in bankrolling the film.

Earlier, Tharun Bhasckar essayed the role of Singeetham in the films Mahanati and NTR: Kathanayakudu. The young filmmaker and the legendary director share a great rapport with each other.
