Court Orders To File Police Complaint Against Daggubati Family

HYDERABAD: Tollywood star heroes Daggubati Venkatesh and Rana have received a shock as the Nampally court has given the green signal to register a case against them. This is in relation with the demolition of Deccan Kitchen in Filmnagar.
The court has directed the police to register a case against Daggubati Venkatesh, Suresh Babu, Rana, and Abhiram in connection with the demolition. The complaint was filed by Nandakumar, the owner of Deccan Kitchen.

Nandakumar alleged that the Daggubati family is responsible for illegally demolishing his property, Deccan Kitchen, which he also claims to be a violation of court orders. According to the complaint, the building, worth crores of rupees, was destroyed, and furniture was allegedly taken away.
The complainant claimed that despite court orders regarding the lease, the demolition was carried out illegally, causing a loss of Rs. 20 crore. It was further stated that the hotel was destroyed using bouncers.
The court ordered the registration of cases under sections 196, 448, 452, 380, 506, and 1200 against Daggubati Venkatesh and other family members.
