Finally, Prakash Raj brings progress to Rangamarthanda
Director Krishna Vamshi and actor Prakash Raj share a cat-and-mouse relationship with each other
HYDERABAD: Director Krishna Vamshi and actor Prakash Raj share a cat-and-mouse relationship with each other. They seem to be best friends at one point and immediately sulk about each other at another point.
Prakash Raj gave a few of his best performances in Krishna Vamshi's films like Anthapuram and Khadgam. Later, they stopped talking to each other. Finally, they reunited again for Govindhudu Andarivaadele.
A couple of years ago, Krishna Vamshi started his project Rangamarthanda with Prakash Raj as the lead hero. It is a remake of the Marathi film Natsamrat. The film got done with its shoot long back but the post-production works are being delayed.
It is heard that Prakash Raj refused to dub for the movie as he didn't get his remuneration. Apparently, that is the reason why the movie was lying under cans all this while. Finally, we now hear that Prakash Raj started dubbing for his role and he will finish in the next couple of days.
However, there is no clarity about whether the makers promised to pay the full remuneration now or they convinced him for some other reason.
Anyway, the works have been resumed now and we can expect Rangamarthanda to hit the screens very soon.
