HYDERABAD: Master filmmaker Christopher Nolan is coming back to the big screens next year with his new outing, Oppenheimer. Starring Cillian Murphy in the lead role, this film is a biopic of American physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer, who happens to be the inventor of the atomic bomb.
The first trailer of Oppenheimer is now out on the internet. Going by trailer, Oppenheimer looks like yet another emotionally-driven visual spectacle from Nolan. Cillian Murphy plays the role of Robert Oppenheimer. The trailer showcases Oppenheimer as a troubled yet brilliant scientist. His emotional journey while inventing the atomic bomb seems to be the major plot-driving factor of this movie.
Nolan is known for his grand-scale filmmaking and complex storytelling. Oppenheimer might be one such film too. The visuals look extraordinary and the background score is amazing. Cillian Murphy looks perfect in the lead role. With this two-minute trailer, Nolan raised expectations around his movie.
Oppenheimer features Emily Blunt, Robert Downey Jr, Florence Pugh, Matt Damon and Rami Malek in the other key roles. Hoyte van Hoytema is the cinematographer of the film.
