It's Official: Salaar: Part 1 Ceasefire to hit the screens for Christmas

The much-awaited news about Prabhas' film "Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire" is finally here. The makers have officially announced the film's release date with a striking new poster. "Salaar," the action-packed drama, is set to hit theaters on December 22, 2023, just in time for Christmas. Initially, the film was scheduled for release on September 28 but was postponed.

The newly unveiled poster showcases Prabhas drenched in blood from his head to shoulders, holding a knife with an intense and determined expression. The delay in the film's release was primarily due to the meticulous post-production work, as the director was committed to delivering the best final product. While the trailer was initially planned for an August release, the exact trailer launch date is yet to be announced.

As expected, "Salaar: Ceasefire" will clash with Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani's film "Dunki" at the box office. This clash has generated immense excitement among fans.

"Salaar" is set to have a pan-Indian release in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.

Apart from Prabhas, "Salaar" features a stellar ensemble cast that includes Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Jagapathi Babu. The film's music is composed by Ravi Basrur, and Bhuvan Gowda is the cinematographer.
