Jamtara S2 Trailer: Digital Dacoits are back!

Jamtara is one of the most popular shows on Netflix India. The inaugural season was critically acclaimed and also received a big fan following. The story traces the digital scams that happen in the Jamtara region of Jharkhand state.

Now, the makers are coming up with the second season of this show. Recently, the trailer of Jamtara Season 2 was unveiled.

The trailer showcases how Jamtara has become the Chambal of digital decoits in the modern age. It gives us a glimpse of how people of Jamtara, including school children, are involved in various digital scams. There is also a political angle and the involvement of politicians in the scam is shown too.

Jamtara features Sparsh Srivastav, Anshumaan Pushkar, Aksha Pardasany reprising their roles from the first season. There are also new additions like Seema Pahwa and Ravi Chahal.

National Award winning director Soumendra Padh has directed Jamtara. It was written by Trishant Srivastava. Viacom18 Studios' Tipping Point has produced the project. It will premiere on Netflix on September 23.
