HYDERABAD: Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan was last seen in the super successful film Vikram. The film was released as a Kollywood movie but it has earned a recognition at the pan-India level. Lokesh Kanagaraj directed the movie and it was bankrolled by Kamal himself. Now, the actor is working on the sequel of the hit film Indian (Bharateeyudu in Telugu).
Director Shankar and Kamal Haasan are reuniting for Indian 2 (Bharateeyudu 2) and the film's shoot was resumed sometime ago. According to the latest reports, the film's shoot is currently progressing in Kadapa district. The team is shooting near Jammalamadugu Gandikota.
Kamal Haasan is also present at the location for the shoot of this new schedule. The makers are planning to can the film in Kadapa for 6 days, and after that, the team will switch to another location.
Soon after the news has come out, the locals thronged to the location to catch a glimpse of Kamal Haasan. The film was supposed to get completed by now but due to several reasons, including the financial issues, the project has been kept on hold.
Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Siddharth and others are a part of the film. Lyca Productions bankrolled the film.
