Latest sensation Samyuktha Menon's response to the 'Golden Leg' tag in Tollywood

Whenever a heroine scores multiple hits on a trot, she gets labelled as 'Golden Leg' in the film industry.In the same way, if she scores multiple flops, she will be called the 'Iron Leg'. Currently, Samyuktha Menon is called the Golden Leg of Tollywood.

As of now, she acted in four Telugu films and all of these movies ended up as blockbusters. Samyuktha's first three Telugu films Bheemla Nayak, Bimbisara and Sir were big hits. Now, her latest release Virupaksha is having a sensational run at the box office.

In a recent interview, Samyuktha was asked about her response to the 'Golden Leg' tag. Answering the same, she said that it is a very bad concept to call someone a golden or an iron leg. She stated that the film's result falls on everyone who worked for it and not a single person. "It feels like people are putting us down and our hard work by saying that we are getting hits only because we are lucky," said Samyuktha.

"Women put a lot of effort behind choosing the right films and coming up with the right performances. I believe success depends on these factors," she further added.
