Malavika Mohanan opens up about acting alongside Pawan Kalyan

HYDERABAD: Malayalam actress Malavika Mohanan shot to fame with films like Petta and Master. Now, she is getting ready to make her Telugu debut. Meanwhile, a few news media houses have been reporting that Malavika will be acting alongside Power Star Pawan Kalyan in his upcoming film Ustaad Bhagat Singh.

Directed by Harish Shankar, the shoot of Ustaad Bhagat Singh is expected to begin soon. It was reported that Malavika will be playing a second heroine role in the movie. However, she denied all rumours.

Speaking in a recent interview, Malavika said that she is a big fan of Pawan Kalyan but she isn't acting in Ustaad Bhagat Singh. She said that she is acting alongside Prabhas in his next film. She said that she is the main female lead in that movie. This untitled project is being directed by Maruthi. Touted to be a horror comedy, this film is expected to hit the screens next year.

Malavika was recently seen in the coming-of-age Malayalam romantic drama Christy. She is also working on the Tamil film Thangalaan and the Hindi film Yudhra.
