Masooda Trailer: Intriguing and Chilling

HYDERABAD: It has been a long time since we saw a genuine horror film in Telugu. In the recent past, we only got to see horror comedies which are more comedy than horrific. Finally, we might get to see that much-needed true-blue horror flick in the form of Masooda.

Directed by Sai Kiran, Masooda features Sangeetha, Thiruveer and Kavya Kalyanram in the lead roles. Recently, Vijay Deverakonda unveiled the theatrical trailer of this movie. Going by trailer, the film looks like an absolute horror thriller.

Sangeetha played the role of a single Muslim mother. Thiruveer happens to be an IT employee and the neighbour of Sangeetha. When her daughter behaves abnormally all of sudden, Sangeetha seeks Thiruveer's help. Soon, they realize that the young girl is possessed by a spirit. What happens next forms the main crux of the film.

The trailer is intriguing and the visuals brought an eerie look to the film. Rahul Yadav Nakka of Malli Raava and Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya fame has produced the project. Top producer Dil Raju is releasing the film in Telugu states. Masooda is slated for a worldwide release on November 18.
