Days after the theatres in the USA announced that they would celebrate National Cinema Day by offering tickets for $3 on September 3rd, The Multiplex Association of India (MAI) and cinemas across the country also decided to celebrate National Cinema Day on September 16.
On this day, the tickets will be offered for a minimal price of just Rs.75 across all multiplexes and various other theatres in India. The theatre owners are celebrating National Cinema Day to mark the successful reopening of theatres after the COVID-19 pandemic. It is like a thank you gesture to the audience.
On this National Cinema Day, the audience will get a chance to watch a big film like Brahmastra for just Rs. 75. People who are not willing to shell around 300-500 rupees for a single ticket, can now plan to watch a film on September 16.

People who are booking online may have to pay around Rs.100 for a single ticket. Still, it is an affordable price without any doubt. What are you waiting for? Go make a watchlist right away.
