MS Dhoni to produce a Tamil film

HYDERABAD: Former Indian Cricket Team captain MS Dhoni and his wife Sakshi Dhoni own the production house Dhoni Entertainment. They are now set to enter the Tamil film industry. According to the latest buzz, they are producing a Tamil flick.

Ramesh Thamilmani will be directing the project. He has also authored "Atharva – The Origin," a new age graphic novel, which features Dhoni as the lead hero. As per the latest reports, Sakshi Dhoni conceptualized a family entertainer along with Ramesh. More details about this movie will be announced soon.

Ramesh said that the moment he read the concept written by Sakshi, he fell in love with it. He stated that it is a fresh and fun-filled family entertainer. He said that the film will start rolling very soon.

Apart from this movie, Dhoni Entertainment will be bankrolling many other films in the coming days. They are looking forward to hearing new-age ideas and stories from writers and filmmakers. In the past, Dhoni Entertainment produced the documentary Roar of the Lion. The upcoming projects of the banner include the documentary Blaze to Glory and The Hidden Hindu.
