HYDERABAD: Nikhil, who recently achieved the biggest hit of his career with "Karthikeya 2," faced a setback with his subsequent release, "SPY." Despite high expectations before its release, the movie failed to sustain the initial momentum, despite a record-breaking opening for the actor. Now, the actor shared an interesting open letter to all his fans.

Recognizing the film's shortcomings, Nikhil proposed to his production team to postpone the release to make improvements. He believed the movie required more time for the content to reach different cities for promotion in other languages, especially for a Pan India release.

Nikhil's foresight was proven correct as there were delays in content distribution in other languages and overseas markets, resulting in the cancellation of many shows. Additionally, better promotional efforts could have benefited the film's performance.

Taking responsibility for the situation, Nikhil issued a statement in which he apologized for the mistakes made by his production team. He reassured his fans that his next three movies would have the highest quality and proper release.

While "SPY" faced challenges and did not meet expectations, Nikhil's willingness to acknowledge the issues and strive for better quality and distribution in his future films reflects his dedication to providing a superior cinematic experience for his audience. Let us hope that Nikhil scores a hit with his next.
