HYDERABAD: Ram Gopal Varma's latest film, Vyuham, which was released on March 2, received a positive response from audiences. The film, depicting the political developments in Andhra Pradesh following YSR's death and the conspiracies of Congress and TDP against Jaganmohan Reddy, showcased YS Jagan's rise as a public leader.

Following the success of "Vyuham," the sequel titled "Saphatham" was initially slated for a theatrical release on March 8. However, due to unforeseen reasons, the movie will now be released as a web series on OTT platforms in two parts: "Saphatham Arambham" and "Saphatham Antham."

Ram Gopal Varma made this announcement through a statement.

Explaining the decision, RGV stated that although the original plan was to release both the theatrical version and the web series simultaneously, only the version approved by the Censor Board could be released in theaters. Therefore, they decided to release the web series in two parts, with the first part premiering on March 7 and the second on March 8 via Pay Per View through AP Fibernet in Andhra Pradesh.

Following the Pay Per View release, the web series will be made available on all OTT platforms gradually.
