Rudrangi Teaser: Jagapathi Babu turns anti-hero for this period Telangana drama

Versatile actor Jagapathi Babu always experiments with his film choices. Soon, he will be seen as an antagonist in Salman Khan's Hindi biggie, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ka Jaan. Meanwhile, he is playing an anti-hero in his upcoming film Rudrangi. The teaser of this movie is out now.

Going by the teaser, Rudrangi looks like a period drama set in rural Telangana. Jagapathi Babu plays the role of a feudal landlord (Dora) in the movie. His negative antics remain significant highlights of the teaser. Mamta Mohandas and Vimala Raman play the female leads in it.

The feudal setup of Telangana and the language will resonate with the region's people. Rudrangi features Ashish Gandhi, Ganavi Laxman, R.S Nandha, Kalakeya Prabhakar, Charishma Sreekar and Divi Vadthya in pivotal roles.

The film is written and directed by Ajay Samrat. BRS MLA Rasamayi Balakishan is bankrolling the project under his banner Rasamayi Films. Nawfal Raja Ais composed the music for this movie. Santosh Shanamoni is handling the cinematography and B Nageshwar Reddy is looking after the editing works. Rudrangi will hit the screens on May 26.
