Simbu's latest flick to release in Telugu

The combination of actor Simbu and director Gautham Menon delivered two hits in the past, Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa and Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada. They are now coming up with their third film together, Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu. The duo is planning to score a hat-trick with it.

VTK's first part The Kindling is slated for a worldwide release on September 15. Now, the makers have announced that it will also release in Telugu on the same day. The Telugu version has been titled, "The Life of Muthu".

Popular producer Sravanthi Ravi Kishore, who earlier released successful dubbed films like Nayakudu, Pushpaka Vimanam, Rendu Thokala Pitta and Raghuvaran B.Tech, is releasing this film in Telugu. Sravanthi Movies happens to be Ram Pothineni's home banner. Recently, Simbu sang the Bullet Song in Ram's The Warrior. Now, we can expect Ram to promote the film in Telugu.

Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu features Siddhi Idnani as the female lead. Radhika Sarathkumar and Neeraj Madhav play the other key roles in it. AR Rahman composed the music for this film. Ishari K Ganesh has bankrolled the project under the banner Vels Film International.
