"Ustaad Bhagat Singh will become a big blockbuster" says Director Teja

HYDERABAD: Director Teja, renowned for his demanding nature and preference for working with new and emerging talents, has expressed his confidence that "Ustaad Bhagat Singh" will be a resounding success. Teja explained that he finds it more comfortable to collaborate with rising stars, as established actors often exhibit tantrums and attempt to exert control over the filmmaking process, which he cannot tolerate.

Teja is helming Abhiram's "Ahimsa," scheduled for release on June 2, 2023. During a recent interaction with the media, he was asked about the kind of project and storyline he would pursue if allowed to work with Power Star Pawan Kalyan, considering his style, stardom, and attitude. Teja admired Pawan Kalyan's upcoming venture, "Ustaad Bhagat Singh."

According to Teja, the initial glimpse of "Ustaad Bhagat Singh" showcased Pawan Kalyan in a powerful manner, and he believes that the actor should be presented in such a way.

Confidently, Teja predicted that "Ustaad Bhagat Singh" would become a blockbuster. Upon hearing Teja's remarks, Director Harish Shankar was elated and expressed his gratitude for the compliments.

"Ustaad Bhagat Singh" is a remake of the successful Tamil film "Theri" and features Sree Leela as the female lead. The music for the film is composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
