North Indian audiences have started a new online trend of boycotting various films. Whenever a film is gearing up for release, a section of netizens starts trending boycott hashtags on social media, which is eventually affecting that particular film's collection. Recently, Aamir Khan's Laal Singh Chaddha faced this boycott heat and eventually, it ended up as a flop at the box office.

The latest victim of this boycott trend is Vijay Deverakonda's Liger. This film is gearing up for a release on August 25. As it is produced by Karan Johar, some netizens have started trending #BoycottLiger on social media for the last few days.

Meanwhile, Vijay is not really caring about these trends and is very confident about his film's success. Responding to these trends, Vijay said that his team has everyone's blessings. "I will see who can stop our film. I have the blessings of the audience," he said.

Vijay's words look true as Liger is witnessing sensational advance bookings across Telugu states. It is all set to become the highest opening day grosser in the actor's career.
