When will Chiru start promotions?

After the disastrous failure of Acharya, Megastar Chiranjeevi is aiming to bounce back hard with his next film Godfather. Directed by Mohanaraja, this movie is an official remake of the Malayalam blockbuster Lucifer. Godfather is slated for a worldwide release on October 5.

There is exactly a month left for the release but still, the makers haven't started promoting it in a big way. Until now, we got to see only a couple of posters and a teaser. Even the teaser didn't create massive hype among the audience.

There is a need to promote the film aggressively, especially after the failure of Acharya. Fans are upset with the film's production house, Konidela Production Company for not releasing updates on the film and not kickstarting the promotions.

They opined that it is high time for the makers to realize the importance of promotions and start them right away. Otherwise, Chiru may have to depend only on word-of-mouth for this movie.

Godfather features Nayanthara, Salman Khan, Satya Dev and Sunil in the other key roles. Thaman is composing the music for it.
