Boy trapped in car after highway crash, rescued by locals in Sangareddy

HYDERABAD: Two persons were killed and three others injured when a lorry crashed into another lorry on the Sangareddy-Kandi National Highway on Sunday. Among the injured was a boy who was trapped in a car after the accident.

Reports indicate that the boy's legs were stuck, and two occupants of the car died in the crash. With the help of locals, the boy, who was severely injured and in pain, was safely removed from the car after two hours.

The accident led to heavy traffic jams on the highway. The injured were promptly transported to the Government Hospital in Sangareddy for treatment.
