CRPF will help Hyderabad police in poll-related duties: Sandeep Shandilya

HYDERABAD: Hyderabad city police commissioner Sandeep Shandilya on Monday said that allied forces like the Central Armed Police Force (CAPF) would collaborate with the city police to handle poll-related tasks.
Sandeep Shandilya briefed CAFP on Critical Polling Stations and Flying Squad duties, emphasizing fast deployment of Coys at critical points during a coordination meeting held at Hyderabad city police Commissionerate, TSPICCC on Monday.
The ACPs were instructed to ensure proper accommodation arrangements and collaborate with them. He emphasized the importance of exercised care while carrying out duties at check posts to prevent public inconvenience.
Addl.CP L&O Vikram Singh Mann, DC Santhana Krishna and five Assistant Commandants of CAPF, 11 CAPF company staff officers were also present during the coordination meeting.
