The DCP said that the victim, B Rahul Singh (25), a resident of Manikonda, was a relative of Vinod and Gopi. The investigation revealed that Gopi and Vinod had some disputes with Rahul Singh over the sharing of ancestral property at Manikonda. To avoid payment of share of sale proceedings of two duplex houses amounting to Rs 60 lakh to Rahul Singh, they decided to eliminate him and struck a deal with Akbar, a real estate broker from Tolichowki, he said.
