Depressed over daughter's death, man ends life after jumping in front of train in Khairatabad

HYDERABAD: In a tragic incident, a father who couldn't accept the death of his daughter took his own life by jumping in front of a train in Hyderabad's Khairatabad area on Monday.

According to reports the deceased, Kishore, was distraught after his 5-year-old daughter died of illness a few days ago.

After receiving the information, the railway police rushed to the scene and sent the body to Osmania Hospital for a post-mortem. A case was registered, and further investigation is underway.
