Hyderabad police arrest Kadapa student involved in mass copying in JEE exam

HYDERABAD: Hyderabad police have arrested a student who resorted to Smart copying in the IIT JEE Advanced Examination held on June 4 i.e on Sunday at the SVIT center in Secunderabad.

The accused, identified as a student from Kadapa and a topper in the SSC and Intermediate examination, is found to be the mastermind of the incident.

According to police, the accused had helped four students write the examination at different centers in Secunderabad by sharing the answer sheet through WhatsApp.

However, an observer at an examination center in Dilsukhnagar caught the accused's friend's copying. He who found that the answer sheets were shared from the SVIT center caught the Kadapa student and handed them over to the police.
