HYDERABAD: The Nehru Zoological Park in Hyderabad saw a surge in visitors on Sunday, with over 30,361 people flocking to the zoo. The high turnout was attributed to the end of the summer holidays.

To accommodate the large crowd, the zoo management took several measures to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Additional booking counters were opened, and the online ticket booking system was promoted through the zoo's website and mobile app. Enhanced facilities included extra drinking water units, shelters, and mobile patrolling teams. Battery-operated vehicles and a toy train were also available to transport visitors around the park.
