No relief for Navdeep in High Court, orders to question him under Section 41(A)

HYDERABAD: The Telangana High Court on Wednesday refused to give relief to Tollywood actor and hero Navdeep in the Madhapur drugs case. Disposing off his petition, the Court directed the Telangana State Narcotics Bureau to question the hero under section 41 A.

The sleuths on Tuesday carried out raids on Tollywood actor and hero Navdeep's house in Hyderabad in connection with the Madhapur drug case. However, Navdeep was not at home when the police searches were carried out and is said to have left the house upon knowing the arrival of the investing agency.

Initially, the High Court granted relief to Navdeep, by barring the police from arresting him till September 19. However, the police raided his house while he was away on Tuesday.

A drug party was held at the Fresh Living apartments in Madhapur on 31, August. Police raided the party and booked 13 persons for consuming drugs and were on lookout for Navdeep.
