Revanth Reddy reiterates good work done by Chandrababu, YSR, KCR will be continued

Revanth Redddy said that politics apart, the three Chief Ministers continued the development of the State. Our government has no egos when it comes to development.

HYDERABADA: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has reiterated his commitment to continuing the good work done by three past Chief Ministers N Chandrababu Naidu and Y S Rajasekhara Reddy (in the undivided Andhra Pradesh) and K Chandrashekar Rao in Telangana.

Addressing the delegates at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Telangana Development Forum of USA here on Wednesday, Revanth Redddy said that “politics apart, the three Chief Ministers continued the development of the State. Our government has no egos when it comes to development. The good decisions taken by the previous governments for the development of Hyderabad will be continued.”

Some critics had said that Hyderabad did not require an Outer Ring Road. But, it had become the lifeline for the city.

Stating that his government was committed to helping the investors and industrialists, the Chief Minister said that his policy was that Telangana should compete with the developed countries in the world.

The State would work with the CII for improving education and employment avenues. The government was going to develop 64 industrial training institutes (it is) into skill development centres. The government was in discussion with different stakeholders to establish skill development universities. Students would take up skill development course would be awarded degrees.

The Chief Minister also said that a dry port would be set up in Telangana.

It may be recalled that former Chief Minister KCR had on June 14, 2021 cleared the establishment of a dry port in Nalgonda in a sprawling 1,400 acres in public-private partnership (PPP) mode and also proposed to set up two integrated container depots in associations with the Customs and Central Excise department to promote exports from the State.
