HYDERABAD: A day after a woman's charred body was found in a vacant plot in Shamshabad, Cyberabad Police have reportedly detained four people for questioning.

According to police, failure by the accused to repay their dues could be the prime motive behind them killing Manjula. The police have detained Rizwana, who runs a ladies emporium near Manjula's house, along with two of her aides for questioning.

Sources said that Manjula had given a loan of Rs 1 lakh to Rizwana a while ago . Manjula's husband Lakshmaiah kept pressurising Rizwana several times for repayment of the loan. Rizwana allegedly hadn't paid interest on the loan for the past two months.

A few days ago, Manjula and Lakshmaiah went to Rizwana's house and warned her to repay her dues. The police suspected that Rizwana could have killed Manjula for this very reason. Reportedly, Rizwana's mother had also been detained by the police for questioning.
