Truck hits Srinidhi College student in Medchal

MEDCHAL: In a tragic incident, a B.Tech student of Srinidhi College was hit by a truck at Yamnampet in the Medchal district on Thursday.

According to reports, the accident victim, identified as Harshitha (20), a second-year student of Srinidhi College B.Tech, was hit by a speeding truck while she was returning home after her examination

Harshitha, who was seriously injured in the incident, was immediately admitted to Shikhara Hospital in the city. Her condition is stated to be critical.

A case has been registered at Pocharam IT Corridor Police Station Yamnampet. Further investigation is underway.
