Aurigene Pharma adopts African Lion in Nehru Zoo in Hyderabad

They even adopted a Royal Bengal Tiger last year

HYDERABAD: An African Lion, Manohar was adopted for a year by Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services Limited on Friday at the Nehru Zoological Park in Hyderabad.

Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services Limited representatives Ashutosh Anil Kotwal, Satyanarayan Giri, and BLN Deepak presented a Rs 1 lakh cheque to A. Nagamani, Deputy Curator, Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad, for the adoption and maintainance of African Lion Manohar.

Deputy Curator A. Nagamani Nehru Zoological Park in Hyderabad, thanked Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services Limited for stepping up to adopt animals for the second year in a row. Last year, they took in a Royal Bengal Tiger for a year. Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services Limited employees afterwards toured the Zoo, complimenting its preservation and cleanliness.
