Cyberabad traffic task force cops drop woman at right exam centre

HYDERABAD: A young lady, who registered for the Group-1 examination, was dropped at the eighth examination center by the traffic task force police after she wrongly reached to a different center.

The lady had reached the wrong center, to write the group-1 examination being conducted today. Reaching the assigned center on time was a herculean task, much to her dismay. For, not even a minute's delay was condoned and candidates would not be allowed to step in after the exact time. The candidates were allowed into the centres from 8.30 am up to 10.15 am and the examination commenced at 10.30 am. The biometric verification would take time and that's the reason why the cutoff time for entry was capped at 10.15 am.

The traffic task force police, who had noticed her trouble, offered help and dropped her to the correct examination center on time, on the two-wheeler. The photos regarding the incident have gone viral on social media. The public applauded the task force for their noble gesture.

TSPSC Group 1 examination 2022 was conducted on Sunday, for filling 503 vacancies as announced by Telangana State Public Service Commission. The selection will be done through a three-stage recruitment process- Prelims, mains and interviews.

The examination was conducted in 1,019 centres.
