HYDERABAD: The Leopard, which was recently caught by the forest officials in Hetero drugs plant, was released in the the forest area on Friday. The Leopard was under observation for almost three days before the shifting.
The Leopard was spotted by the employees moving in a large plant area of 100-feet length among the machinery and other equipment last week, on Friday.
On informing the forest officials, a team headed by Dr. Naveen caught the Leopard in a trap cage by Saturday afternoon. The Leopard was later taken to Nehru Zoological Park for a thorough medical check-up.
The Leopard, after the approval of a doctor, was shifted to Amrabad Tiger Reserve and was released in Mannanur Range by the forest department.
