HYDERABAD: Hyderabad traffic police on November 24 implemented certain traffic diversion measures due to the heavy traffic in Jubilee Hills and the nearby areas. However, because such large-scale diversions take time to process, the traffic police had to make some adjustments after some confusion over the plans.

- Traffic from Cyberabad is disembarking directly at Rd. No. 45, causing congestion. All of the important junctions on Rd.No.1 Jubilee Hills are within 2.7 kilometres of each other.
- Roads are narrow due to KBR Park on one side and no room for expansion.
- Traffic jams on Rd. No. 45 Junction., which takes 10 minutes to clear one junction and 25 minutes to travel just 2.71 kilometres.

Why is traffic permitted on colony roads?
Traffic was diverted to all public slip roads in order to reduce the load on main roads and improve connectivity between two main roads. For example, Road No. 36 to Road No. 45 Jubilee Hills.
