KTR to address Global Trade and Innovation Policy Alliance annual summit in Berlin
World’s leading think tank the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation, has invited KTR to present the keynote address at the 2023 annual summit of GTIPA
HYDERABAD: World’s leading think tank for science and technology policy, the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation (ITIF), has invited Telangana’s IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao (KTR) to present the keynote address at the 2023 annual summit of the Global Trade and Innovation Policy Alliance (GTIPA). The prestigious summit will be held in Berlin, Germany on September 14, 2023.
In the invitation letter signed by Stephen Ezell, Vice President, Global Innovation Policy, ITIF, the minister was requested to address the success story of Telangana in attracting foreign and domestic investment and the State’s deployment of digital technologies to address social and economic challenges.
The GTIPA represents a global collection of some 50 independent think tanks that share a common vision that trade, globalisation, and innovation, supported by the proactive role of governments, can produce tremendous benefits for the world’s citizens.
The objective of the summit is to facilitate a serious discussion in the exploration of creative solutions to the difficult economic, trade, and innovation challenges faced by the international community.
The 2023 Annual Summit of GTIPA will feature panels addressing issues such as regional innovation competitiveness; policies to accelerate life-sciences innovation; digital technologies facilitating decarbonisation; and achieving resiliency in the global trading system.
